Switching Frames Question

Switching Frames Question

Actions only occupy one frame, no matter how far out that keyframe may
extend.  The actions themselves reside only in the frame with the little (a)
in it. Outside of that, they do not execute.  Definitions from that frame
can still exist, its just that the code in that frame specifically wont run
unless the playhead is on the (a).
