Back No. Regardless... $10-15 for a new domain name is far more peace of mind.. really. ICANN doesn't seem to have anyone you could even possibly "Write to".. so.. I don't know there... its in cyber limbo with no legal remedy nor clear jurisdiction AFAIK.
