Probably. Best is to test it with older Players:

And here's the 'Flash Plugin Switcher', a great tool to switch the Players
in the Browser(s)

And than you should have something like Macromedia's 'Flash Detection Kit'
http://www.macromedia.com/devnet/logged_in/fsharples_detectionkit.html
You specifiy which Browser version is needed - the user with older Players
are automatically redirected to a page which prompts them to download the
latest Player.
(in Flash MX2004 it is integrated in the Publish Settings, no kit needed)
