Just to add:
If your client isn't specifically requesting Flash 6, I would lean towards making it Flash 7. The upgrade process is pretty simple/easy, and by forcing users to upgrade it will increase the percentage of computers with Flash 7 installed, and make Flash 7 work more acceptable to clients faster.
