Should I publish to Flash Player 6 or 7?

Should I publish to Flash Player 6 or 7?

Really, it depends on your user base.  I would make life easier by publishing
for FP 7 and telling my users to update their players - but then, not everyone
has the kind of user base they can demand that from.  Who is your user base?
The world?  Technology companies?  Knitting club members?  A specific client
base?  Depends on who will be viewing this.
