Creating lo and hi band audio options for a client, will an attached sound
(loaded into another .swf) stream while it loads, or does it have to load
entirely first?
loadSound() MP3's were playing double speed unless they were encoded at a
higher setting and I want to avoid using frame based audio .swfs for a
lo-band audio if possible.
