VideoConference Comp Video Arrangement Fix 2004-03-03 - By Srinivas Nagarajan

Hi All,
I have modified trhe server side videoconference.asc so that the video
window arranges properly on after the other.when somebody enters the room,
the video window takes the first available free position(slot) rather at the
end.
If anybody is in need of the code, pls email me offlist.
