flickering hand cursor 2004-03-03 - By Jesse Warden
Back I've see this all the time, but it sounds like a hardware thing to me. If your positive that ALL of their drivers are updated, then the only thing I can think of is a custom cursor.
At worst, try Flashcoders.

I've seen this problem before, but now that a client is mentioning it I need to find a fix. So far we can replicate the problem on only one computer. I have a pair of simple buttons, only one of which shows at a time (they toggle back and forth). When my client mouses over one or the other, he is seeing a flickering hand cursor nearby, in addition to the hand cursor over the button.
Has anyone encountered this? Do you know what causes it to happen, and how to fix it?
Thanks!
Marc
