Back Actually, you can sometimes drag the mc fast enough, and Flash will fire an onReleaseOutside. Hence, all of my onReleaseOutsides either equal my onRelease, or just call it.

Actually, it will. If you do a startDrag on a clip at depth, say, 10.. and drag it under a clip at depth 11 with an onRelease defined, then release the mouse, that's the onReleaseOutside event for the clip at depth 10.
