_global Problems different swfs

Hi All -

Please excuse me, if my question has already been answered by the list
in a previous posting. My search of the archives didn 't reveal a
solution >

My problem is that _global objects and variables are not seen in the
flash mx 2003 ide. In the debugger I can see the variables with the
values however the code _global.blah always returns undefined ~~!

My search through the figleaf archives suggested that the problem was
due to the fact that I was publishing the swfs to different formats i.e.
flash mx 6 loading mx 2003 7. Anyhow this is not the case they are all
being publish to 6.

Any help you can provide would be greatly appreciated.

Thanks in advance
Ash
