I have been struggling with this Flash Tree component for months now. I
gave up until I remembered the wonderfully bright people in this group.
I am willing to pay a small amount to someone to get drag and drop tree
nodes using the MM tree component.
I dont know if this is off-topic. Sorry if it is. Please email me off
list if you are interested or on list if the moderator doesn 't care.
Specific Details
Project:
Drag and Drop Nodes of Tree component
Goal:
To be able to move nodes within a tree component using the mouse.
Similar to other tree components, Explorer, Outlook, etc)
1. When a user clicks on a node and moves the mouse cursor outside of
the original node space:
- Change mouse cursor or show movie clip
2. When moving mouse over other nodes
- When over node
- Check value or generic attribute of node (can drop or cannot drop)
- Change mouse cursor, highlight node or show movieclip
- When inbetween node
- Change mouse cursor, highlight inbetween node or show movie clip
3. When user releases mouse button
- Get node of that mouse is over and move selected node to new position
