Never mind -- it was just re-directing the vhost.xml  <AppsDir> after
all.  What's weird is that on my old computer that works fine (albiet
using an Apache server rather than an IIS server) is that the <AppsDir>
tag is pointing to the SWF folder. Anyway, it's fixed; so never mind.
