UPDATE:loaded SWF in IDE is caching 2004-02-23 - By Brook Davies
Back Okay, I just added a big black circle to my loaded swf and when it is loaded into my main movie it has the circle on it!
So, this is a bit strange because I recompile the SWF and test it within the IDE, the output shows a trace() statement that I added to an external class file (actually its an .as file #included within a class file). But then when the movie is loaded into another movie via loadMovie() - the big black circle graphic shows up on the swf - but the trace statement does not!
Can this be possible? I think I need to test this a bit more, but that sure as heck seems to be whats happening.
