Does getURL( "javascript:_doSubmit( ' "+data " '); "); works in Netscape,
Mozilla?

We have a flash file, which has lot of text, that is passed to javascript
function using getURL( "javascript:_doSubmit( ' "+data " '); ");
There are some technical reasons that 's why we are using javascript.
But when data is huge, javascript function is not called.
Is there any limit for data that can be passed to javascript from flash?

Flashcomm has some advantages..
And I couldnt agree more..
It should be a part of the FlashMX/2004-product.
Not as an additional tool.
And there licensing prices is huge, as well as I
really dont like having bandwidth/user limit because
of scalability and/or multiple projects using flashcomm services.
Very well.. Macromedia wants to have income of course..
.. We could all wish for open source-products in the future
to replace flashComm if not it will be a part of the flash-product

this more has to do with the 'marketing/financialTool ' FlashComm ...
you know, the one that could be for free and that could integrate all
these technologies for the good of the users ... but here, we are in a
different equilibrum ;)
truely reminds me of Generator ....
-btw: what is the point of having that option if the user NEEDS to wait
until the WHOLE video has been downloaded ?
Rich Media, but poor experience ... ;) unless you pay the price :) and
here we meet our new friend Flash Comm ... hehe.... some are being
fooled ...
Pro users do know that....
