Back Hello!
I 've just completed an overhaul of my component set to the v2 architecture,
and even though it 's designed to be used in Flash 7 (and hopefully beyond!),
for kicks I tried publishing to Flash 6, AS 2. I had followed the
instructions to do this by defining clip parameters, but when I publish to
the Flash 6 AS 2 target, some of the functionality doesn 't work. It seems
to revolve around properties that should have been set through
getter/setters. For example, the audio click linkage ID I supply through a
getter/setter works fine in FP 7 but doesn 't work in FP 6.
Anyone have tips for diagnosing these kinds of problems? The only other
thing I can think of is that I use 1 or 2 layers of subclasses, and I put
the superclass properties into the clipParameters for the component.
Any help is appreciated!
