Back Hi, I want to deliver some video to the Flash 6 Player. I don't want (can't) use FCS.
What options have I got? I have imported an .avi file into Flash and exported as swf. So now I have a 1.6MB swf file and a smaller modem version of about 500KB. How can I deliver these now? I want the user to click 'DSL' and load one swf or 'modem' to load the other. Can I make use of Flashs progressive download of swf's? What I mean: can I start playing the swf (video) while it's still loading, so it 'appears' as a http streamed video? Or do I need to preload the entire clip/swf/movie?
Cheers
Stefan
