Hi all,
I have been reading postings on this list for a while and am finally jumping
into building a multi-user Flash game so I am wondering if there is a site out
there that can explain to me the differences between, and the relative
strengths and weaknesses of, all of these Flash communication methods and
technologies. We're trying to keep our costs low and I see that there are open
-source alternatives to the Macromedia Flash Remoting package but what else is
out there? Is there some kind of wrap-up about all of this anywhere? Any open
-source alternatives to FCS? Any good tutorials--besides Macromedia's--for
learning how to use Delta Packets with Java, .NET, or PHP?
