Personal Version Capacity Estimate

Personal Version Capacity Estimate

I'm just in the planning stages for an app that will need a text chat
window open while the app is in use.  I am trying to figure out if I need 1
or 2 personal editions or the professional. I did not budget for the
professional, so, If I need it, then I would have to go back to my client
and beg for the funds or eat the expense.

I am 'interested' in doing video chat, but most users would not use it. If
the video window was small (about 200x200 or so) - would I be able to
stream video with the 1meg limit of the personal server? What about 2 megs?
I'm just looking for a rough idea.

Can the personal edition with 50 streams, handle 50 text chat streams no
problem?

I also thought that I read that you could upgrade to professional and get a
discount if you owned the personal versions. But now I can't find where it
used to say that - maybe I imagined it!
