Back I would like to create vhost. i have for example www.donain.com poiting to my IP and i can create subdomains... this is my server.xml

I erase parts of this xml with **** ok i can conect to admin with host www.domain.com and now i create " oxigeno.domain.com " poiting to my IP. in i create vhost and <alias>oxigeno.domain.com</alias> <-- this is correct ? or alias = oxigeno ?
of two options i cant connect with vhost with admin client is correct poiting subdomain to my ip ? i have windows 2000 advanced server and i surpose i have all congigured well.
