stopPublish()

stopPublish()

Ok, I'm now calling stopPublish() 7 times in a row in order to get it
to, uhhm - stop publishing.  This is with the FCS component set 2 for
FMX Pro.

Yes I still use the MM components as I have not graduated to
"intermediate" user status yet (although I likely complain as much).  I
have yet to actually go and look at the stopPublish() function (later
tonight after the wife says I can stop plastering and painting...) to
see if I can do something there.

My hope is that someone has already found a way to make it actually
stop publishing.  Even after several calls to this function I am having
about a 20% failure rate (ie they are STILL publishing). Within 20
minutes of heavy use ALL the cam spots are useless and the room needs
to be dropped.

Graeme mentioned he reported this bug to MM to little fanfare - well
I've been chasing this bug for a little over two weeks now (I didn't
understand the problem at first, just that the server somehow thinks
the AV component is still in use even after someone has left) and I
must say that it's very annoying.

Thanks.

Sincerely,
Simon
