Thank you all who have helped so far. As a recap, below is a rundown of my problem:
I'm running Flash MX and whenever I tween the alpha of an object from 0-100 the object will start off looking split, but on the last frame, the object will snap together in appearance. This "snap" happens between the second-to-last frame and the last one. In Netscape, as well as testing it within Flash, the snap is very apparent. In IE, it doesn't snap as much as there is a constant small split (look at the "A" in Vivaldy). The problem is not apparent while working in the timeline.

If anyone can possibly diagnose this nagging problem, I would really appreciate it.
