Back Check to make sure your image/symbol, what have you is NOT on a half-pixel. If the x of an element, or an element in your symbol is something like:
90.8
Instead of:
90
Then, that will cause visual anomolies.

Jesse: Is that better? I had worked on the files within another folder and then copy/pasted them to the site's root folder. That's probably why you saw the funky filepath. I think it should be okay now.
As a recap, the URL is: http://bellsouthpwp.net/w/a/waizen/viv.htm
Jason: The size of the Flash file is about 7k. The HTML is 769 bytes. This was just a basic animation to show the problem I was having; nothing special, so it shouldn't be too big.
Again, thanks to both of you for your quick responses.
