Anyone used Macromedia 's RichtextEditor Component

What were your experiences with it? Does it work as expected? Is it quality?
Any limitations?
The docs mention a ContentEditor.fla which provides an example of the
RichTextEditor in action. Can 't seem to find this anywhere on Macromedia 's
site.
