Try this:
<BODY BGCOLOR="#FFFFFF" MARGINHEIGHT="0" MARGINWIDTH="0" TOPMARGIN="0"
LEFTMARGIN="0">
This strips out the margins on IE and Netscape / Mozilla both - not sure in
Safari or Opera.
