Back Yes, I know that I've chased this issue into the ground, but I still need a way of doing keyboard shortcuts with the alt key. Here's the deal... It looks like the player, browser, projector won't see the alt key unless another key is held beforehand. So if I wanted to do an alt+x shortcut I'd have to press some other key before I press the alt key. Since I've beat this issue into the ground I'm assuming that this is something I just have to live with. My question is... Is there a way to simulate a constant pressing of a key. So the whole time the movie is playing, I would have some kind of code that would do nothing but push a key value. That way whenever the user does the alt+x shortcut it will hit the player instead of being trapped by the shell. Speaking of shell... If my little idea won't work does anyone know of any generic shells you can buy that will play Flash movies? My project is going to be in a controlled environment, so I can load my movie into anything that plays Flash movies. I only bring this up cause I know that in C++ applications and the like, you can define alt shortcuts.
Any help? Thanks in advance to anyone who can finally put this issue to rest for me!
