hi all,

where can i learn how to make a scrollbar for a textfield object with flash.
i know the components are available everywhere but...
i'd like to know how to do it myself...
if there are good tutorials on this please let me know ;)

i you can find a good way to explain me where an when must i deal with the
scroll & maxscroll properties of the textfield and the _height and _y
position of the scrollbar
that would be great.

components are good when you have to build interfaces quickly etc......
but when you look at the  scrollbar component code (as a newbie)
it's like the first time you go to school

i don't want a class or a comp just an explanation....

thanks
