XML or Txt File?

XML or Txt File?

Hello all,

Just wondering when it's best to bring in info via a text file and when an
xml file would be better?  I'm creating my portfolio and I'm thinking that
the news section can easily be updated and imported from a text file.  For
my portfolio section, I was thinking an xml file that would be broken down
into projects that have the project type, details, images, etc. all in the
childnodes.

The goal is to update certain sections such as these two mentioned, without
opening flash up every time.

Any thoughts or suggestions would be greatly appreciated and thanks for your
time.
