The UIScrollBar component

The UIScrollBar component

I am using this component in my .swf files and I have a black
background colour, the Scroll bar is pretty lame and not very visible,
I was wondering if I could change the colour of it or otherwise make
my own, or download asssets to compose my own scroll bar,

Does anyone know anything about this?
