Progress bar for .flv

Progress bar for .flv

Yes, I know how to insert the video into html pages, but what I am trying to do
is add a progress bar that fills up as the video is loading and that shows a %
number so that people know something is happening. As it is now, I have a white
background and because the video is taking up to 20 - 30 sec. to load, it seems
as though there is no content.

You can do it in either Dreamweaver or in Flash. In Dreamweaver if is very
easy. Insert your FLV in to the page using the menu item Insert > Media >
Flash Video. Then you can select a skin in the dialog box that opens.

In Flash, (you need Flash Pro) use the FLV Playback Component and select a
skin in the Component Inspector panel (I think that is what it is called).

Good luck.
