Back Yes, I know how to insert the video into html pages, but what I am trying to do is add a progress bar that fills up as the video is loading and that shows a % number so that people know something is happening. As it is now, I have a white background and because the video is taking up to 20 - 30 sec. to load, it seems as though there is no content.

Insert your FLV in to the page using the menu item Insert > Media > Flash Video. Then you can select a skin in the dialog box that opens. In Flash, (you need Flash Pro) use the FLV Playback Component and select a skin in the Component Inspector panel (I think that is what it is called). Good luck.
