Back You can do it in either Dreamweaver or in Flash. In Dreamweaver if is very easy. Insert your FLV in to the page using the menu item Insert > Media > Flash Video. Then you can select a skin in the dialog box that opens.
In Flash, (you need Flash Pro) use the FLV Playback Component and select a skin in the Component Inspector panel (I think that is what it is called).
