Back Why not create a movie clip (as a background - or leave it empty, or whatever) for your stage, that has the same, desired size/display area as the [browser] window, and make it [the movie clip] able to support up to 4 charts. Then, call your charts into that movie clip!
This way, your stage movie clip should always be aligned properly with the browser window, and the charts can be called to whatever coordinates you desire , inside your stage movie clip.

I can't find any problem in either IE or Firefox. Then again, I never saw a page that displayed 4 charts. The ones I fonud (in the gallery) only had 2 each, but there was no obvious difference from browser to browser. Are you by any chance looking at IE on a Mac?
