hex lock ups

I haven't had it lock up per se, but if I'm doing something highly process
intensive -- like adding high levels of smoothing -- I'll sometimes have to
wait several minutes for the program to stop working on that so I can do
something else. This is especially true if you have a model with a large number
of edges/points/facets.

Anyone have any probs with 2.1 locking up. It's wierd because the
program does not lock up just the drawing area.

I've downloaded the 2.1 patch but it doesn't work. It says hexagon 2
is not installed (but it is). I've emailed support at daz so I hope
the patch will fix it. But if not then it's a pain.
