Back Hello, Bob.
I'll be the first one to agree with your character animation findings in Carrara. It is the weakest part of Carrara. No need to even time it cause half way through the process you will be so frustrated by the lack of Character animation tools in Carrara you will most likely just give up on it. You are correct the importation of Poser Transposer2 help some what but again it forces the users to go into another application to do what should be included in Carrara. I am one that keeps asking for the tools to be included in Carrara and I hope that they DO NOT get the brilliant ideas of now forcing us to animate in Daz Studio and than import in to Carrara and not include the tools in Carrara cause that will be the end for me. About 3 years waiting for character animation stuff and we keep on waiting while the rest of the 3D applications are way ahead in that department and forcing us to import from other applications just to get something animated is not good. I have been looking at Project Messiah and I may just purchase it.
