Back Hi Doug,
You're right about the fonts approach....I have actually used fonts inside of Hexagon (using the copy along path feature) and have gotten some nice results. But I was hoping to see if I could find some *really* intricate ironworks style patterns somwhere that doesn't take too much time to implement. As far as Illustrator goes, that may be too involved as far as time goes, for what I want to do and would get out of it (I am not a heavy Illustrator user). But your earlier Dover web site suggestion is also a good option as well.
