Hi Auggy,

I think this was discussed a while back...unfortunately I can't
remeber all of what was said.  But I believe this had to do with  fps
support for AVI files(?)  Any who, if you take a look at Carrara's fps
in the timeline, you will notice that there is no 29.97 (drop frame
rate) fps represented there.  So I think it sould be safe to presume
that 29.97 is not supported by C5 at this point in time, in any form,
whether dealing with importing or exporting movie files.   So I
believe what you are seeing is C5 trying to compensate for it.
Hopefully this will change in the future, but I think you will just
have to cope with using 24, or 30 fps (NTSC) for now, as the closest
frame rates to 29.97.
