I have this problem mostly when using GI. I had just the same error, using
an irridiance map. After chaning in the animation to "static scene", without
loading or saving, the animation rendered fine over night.

Betreff: [Carrara] A memory allacation error has occured?

I have been trying to do a batch render a image that is 3204x900. When
I try to render it over night, in the morning Carrara has shut down.
When I reload Carrara I see a "a memory allacation error has occured"
in the status of the batch file. I am running a dual Zeon PC with 2G
of ram. Does any ont know what the problem might be?
