It's pretty important that you remove unused shaders and remove unused
bjects whenever you bring in a poser figure and do edits to it in Carrara.

You'll get save errors and stuff like you are describing.

Try that and see if it clears stuff up.

I used to get those all the time. Usually when I had
several poser figures in a render. What is your dpi
set at? You may have to split the render and stitch it
in post.
