Yes, you're right of course. The Universal Manipulator can be toggled on
and off in the VM, but it's different in the assembly room, guess I'm so
used to using Hex I didn't stop to think of "it" differently elsewhere
or as "just" a move tool, but it would be nice to have the other stuff
in there too, scale, rotate etc right on the tool itself... It's always
on in C4 as far as I remember so there was no option to toggle it off or
at least I don't remember one. Just switch between different modes.

The new VM is very nice!

I think the UM isn't available in the Assembly Room, so it's greyed out.
Are you maybe referring to the standard Move (t) tool? UM is available
in the Model Room (and elsewhere?).
