For anyone who pre-ordered the upgrade and has not yet received your
download links, please send an email to info"@"eovia.com that includes the
following:

1.  

  Valid email address that we can deliver the download links to.
Please make sure it is not a Hotmail, MSN or AOL account, as we have found
the SPAM filters there will not let the email through.
2.  

  Your purchase receipt showing which version of the software you
ordered.

We will then send out individual emails to those that need them.

Same here Bob,
I bought the beta on 10/25/05 and still haven't received a link yet.
I've even contacted customer support - they were very nice but no help.
I was an alpha/beta tester for years and apparantly that carries no weight.
I have all my updated plugins but no app to plug in to.
I feel that we may be the unfortunate few who got "lost in the shuffle".
