Bob said the manual order would be handled separately. Probably because it's
not printed
yet.
Now Bob, it would be nice to have the option to get the CD and the manual with
a single
shipping fee, even if we have to wait a little longer for delivery. Let us know
if you're
planning to offer that option when the manual is ready.
