Back Yes I had a similar problem when doing a complex movie (CS4pro). I reported it to Eovia but don't remember any response other than to look at it. But have not seen the problem in several months now with latest updater to CS4.
I resolved the problem by using copy/paste rather than ctrl+D ('duplicate' on PC)....a fairly easy work around.
