You either choose esd or physical shipment at purchase. If esd that
means c5 comes to you that way. If physical was chosen that is how it
comes to you...paper manual is about $20 bucks xtra and believe you
have to mention that when ordering. Altho I am sure you can purchase
it at anytime.
