Carrara Studio...In StereoVision! :)

I was checking out the Anaglyph software that I had posted to Jukka
and I have to say I am impressed in how simple it is to use.  I was
able to create stereographic images in Carrara [ seems as though there
are no short-cuts...you can't just take two 3D rendered images and
move them left and right to get a stereoimage...I know, I tried ;) ].
I put two cameras together and rendered an image from each, marking
them respectively left and right.  I then imported them into the
Anaglyph maker and got these results.  Mind you I am using $0.25 paper
3D glasses from who knows when or where, but my initial test seems to
be pointed in the proper direction.

[ REQUIRED FOR VIEWING - one pair of cheapy red-blue 3D glasses or
equivalent ]

1) Grey Version-

2) Color Version -

The conversion to JPEGs for the purpose of uploading to the Files
section did degrade these images somewhat of their 3D qualities, but I
believe you can still get the gist of it.  In general, though, I will
have to do some more tweaking with the CS camera placement as well as
use some better 3D glasses when I am making adjustments in order to
have it look more natural, but it is at least a start.  So thanks to
Jukka for posting his OT question.  This stuff is really cool. :)

Cheers.
