repertoire range from classic to off-the-wall? If you can answer an

We are seeking a Senior Web Designer to be a strategic creative
leader in making the Product Team's creative output perform at a
level beyond the present. The Senior Web Designer will be expected
to champion and implement groundbreaking ideas.
Responsibilities
? Responsible for high-level design solutions for all
marketing materials, such as web page layouts, ads, promotional
landing pages, other online structures for our products, and
occasional print pieces
? Mentors the junior staff in application of design in the
marketplace using new concepts, approaches, techniques in the
context of business needs
? Captures advanced technical knowledge and skills, such as
interactive design, user experience, marketing techniques and
consumer demand, and applies them to Netblue's business objectives
? Acts as a creative leader by fostering an open and
productive atmosphere within the Creative Team
? Accepts direction from Senior Management and aggressively
provides accurate feedback on current and future marketing
initiatives
? Uses drive and vision to determine emerging graphics
technology and pushes to adopt these technologies in Netblue's
environment
Skills Required
? Undergraduate degree in graphic design or experience in a
related field is a must
? Minimum of five years experience in online design at an
agency, studio or contractual work
? Extensive knowledge of visual design, information design,
and interaction design
? Heavy project management skills are critical including
adaptability, time management and meeting objectives
? Strong creative problem solving abilities
? Must be flexible and resilient with the ability to give and
take direction from multiple teams within the organization
? Ability to interact with Senior Management, Media Strategy
and Product Management and other internal teams
? Required software and technical knowledge:
o Photoshop, Flash, Actionscript, Illustrator, HTML,
Imageready or Fireworks
? Preferred software and technical knowledge:
o 3D animation, Javascript, CSS, JSTL
o Specialization in multi-media or architecture is
ideal
