Are you looking for a web design position where you can grow with an

We are seeking an Associate Designer to have ownership of the
production of online media for Netblue's client base on a day-to-day
basis. This role is a training ground for those interested in
growing their software application skills and continuously learning
and developing their online marketing knowledge.
Responsibilities
? Resizes existing layouts and composes layouts based on core
design. This includes but is not limited to the following:
o Recomposing designs into new layouts based on direction from
the Product Team (composed of members from the Product Manager and
Design Teams)
o Changing out product images, adjusting color
o Editing copy
? Continuously increasing their technical and software
knowledge in the following areas:
o Photoshop, Flash, Imageready and/or Fireworks, HTML, CSS,
Illustrator, and JavaScript
? Discovers the specific needs of the Product Team in relation
to the interactive market needs to understand the market message;
discoveries will then be applied to future design needs
Skills Required
? Undergraduate degree in graphic design or experience in a
related field is desirable OR two years of online production
experience
? Driven to learn and obtain new skills applicable to
Netblue's business
