Eric,

I have been a website developer for a number f years, and it depends
on what you are looing for in a site. If you want a site that looks
cool, loads slow, and nobody ever returns to because they don't want
to wait for everything to load, you are on te money. If you want a
site that people can return too, make your graphics much smaller,
make a simpler, easier to use navigational system, and allow people
to click on the cool stuff to open it if they want. The main thing
is it takes forever to load (I am on a T1), and a person has to
guess where they are navigating to. Statistics show that people
generally do not return to these kinds of sites.
