The upgrade from CS3 to CS5P is actually $299.
CS3 to CS5 is $99 and then put transposer 2 on top at a further $99 - thats
$198 - that might be the way to go.
Or how about going for CS4P for $169 - that get s you transposer2 and lots more
capabilities over CS3 for a little more than the transposer plugin for CS3 (if
you could get it)
