Another free alternative is at sourceforge.net called PDF
creator-0_8_0_AFPLGhostscript.exe (PC, not sure about Mac)

installs a PDF printer; easy to use/self explanatory like a printer dialog
box and plenty of control.

works well, tho a little slow for 1200 dpi outputs..just be patient for a
minute.

go to sourceforge.net  downloads pdfcreator

Sorry, I'd attach a link but its on other PC and not available now.

sourceforge.net is a great place for free s/w...open source code.  Has
browse and search for the site.
