Back You now access it through the "Top Shader" editing window - click on the "Parent" button in the bump edit window, or on "Top Shader" in the left-hand-side layers list.
Guess the manual needs updating, but this doesn't seem quite as intuitive as the slider underneath the channels list in previous versions (no chance of getting that back, I guess?)
