Hi Eric,

This is some good advice.  One thing I want to also mention is that I
do get legitimate mail from agencies that have direct links imbedded
within their message.  However, because they refer back to a previous
interchange, transaction, etc., I can most likely trust that it was
sent from them.  But I don't, for instance, make it a habit to answer
their customer feedback queries, etc. because I can't really be sure
of the post's orgin.  Most likely it is okay, but I just don't want to
take that chance.

I have additional issues with using PayPal which I won't take the time
to discuss here, but I just avoid it completely.  The good thing about
doing transactions online is that many agencies will have other
options besides PayPal, to place orders through, which I appreciate.
As long as there is an alternative, then I am okay. :)
